This “Information Notice” has been prepared for suppliers, supplier employees and representatives, and visitors whose personal data we process.
As Artı Perakende Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi – Halktan (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your related rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “KVKK”).
The Company is the owner of the website (https://www.halktan.com.tr/) and operates at its headquarters located at Orhangazi Mahallesi Mercedes Bulvarı No:35/3 Esenyurt/İstanbul/Türkiye; and as the data controller within the scope of the KVKK, we process your personal data consisting of financial, physical premises security, communication, identity, professional experience and customer transaction data.
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of carrying out finance and accounting activities, ensuring physical premises security, conducting communication activities, carrying out goods/service purchasing processes, carrying out goods/service sales processes, carrying out contract processes, and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations.
Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations; and with our accounting firm supplier for the purpose of carrying out goods/service purchasing and sales processes, communication activities, and finance and accounting operations.
Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing or electronically through automated or non-automated methods based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, namely the fulfillment of legal obligations, being expressly stipulated by law, and the execution of a contract. Within this scope, it is processed through non-automated methods such as telephone calls, face-to-face communication, signing contracts, issuing invoices, etc.; and through automated methods such as the camera recording system located in common areas and workspaces and e-mail communication.
Regarding your rights under the heading “Rights of the Data Subject” within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, by filling in all the information specified in the Application Form, pursuant to Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller;
a-) By personally visiting our company headquarters at “Orhangazi Mahallesi Mercedes Bulvarı No:35/3 Esenyurt/İstanbul/Türkiye”,
b-) By sending a written application to our headquarters address through a notary public or by registered mail with return receipt requested, in order to verify your identity and avoid providing information to unauthorized persons,
c-) By sending an e-mail to “info@halktan.com.tr” using the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems, or through other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.
Your requests included in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller may be charged.
